Shipping

For private customers

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email at the email address provided when placing your order. We deliver exclusively to private customers with delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

For deliveries within Germany, shipping costs are €5.95 for orders with a value of up to and including €50.00. Orders with a value of more than €50.00 qualify for free shipping. For deliveries to Austria, a shipping fee of €15.90 applies regardless of the order value. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order. Delivery to other EU countries or to countries outside the European Union is not available.

Orders are shipped via DHL. Please refer to the delivery time stated for each individual item. If your order contains several items, the delivery time for the entire order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time. The standard statutory provisions apply to the transfer of risk. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.

Returns

For private customers

You may withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. Further information and the relevant withdrawal form can be found at the bottom of the shop under “Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form”. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method selected for the order. Processing may take a few days, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Thank you!
