For dealers

The minimum order value for dealer customers is € 500. We cannot accept orders below this value. Please let us know the desired delivery address at the same time as you place your order so that we can take it into account. Depending on the volume of the order, the goods will be shipped either by DHL or a forwarding agent. The usual legal regulations apply to the transfer of risk and the obligations that generally arise from this for you, in particular your obligation to immediately inspect the goods upon receipt. The possibility of delivery remains reserved. The dispatch takes place in all cases at the risk of the recipient. In the absence of any specific provision, shipment shall always be effected at our best discretion in the choice of the mode of shipment. Agreed delivery periods are to be regarded as approximate only. Failure to meet the delivery deadline does not yet entitle the buyer to withdraw from the purchase agreement or to claim damages. The purchaser may only withdraw from the contract after a sufficient period of grace for delivery has elapsed. Partial deliveries cannot be rejected by the buyer. Force majeure or unforeseen events, including any deterioration in the purchaser's payment record that becomes known, shall entitle us to withdraw from the execution of accepted orders in whole or in part. We shall not provide any compensation or remuneration for damage of any kind suffered by the goods after they have been handed over to a transport facility. In the case of custom-made products, over- or under-deliveries of up to 10% cannot be objected to.Please note our terms and conditions of sale and delivery for dealers.
